These terms apply to every student enrolled at any TTC Education branch or online class operated by Pusat Tuisyen Tutor Tutor Cemerlang (SA0104443-P). By registering, the parent or guardian agrees to them on the student’s behalf.
1. Registration
- A one-time registration fee of RM20 and a one-time refundable deposit of RM50 are payable on enrolment.
- Registration is confirmed once the registration form is complete and the registration fee and deposit are received.
2. Fees and payment
- Tuition fees are charged per subject according to the TTC calendar, which is based on four weeks per month and four classes per subject per month.
- Each class is one hour, except Additional Mathematics which is one and a half hours. Premium subjects (Additional Mathematics and Prinsip Perakaunan) carry an additional RM15 per month.
- Fees for the month must be paid in full on or before the 15th of that month, at the branch or through the online payment page for your branch.
- Fees paid are not refundable and not transferable to another student, branch or month.
- Additional classes, extra notes and seminars are charged separately.
3. Notes and materials
- Premium colour notes are included in the monthly fee and are delivered to the address given on registration. Please keep your address up to date.
- Notes are for the enrolled student’s personal use only and may not be copied, resold or distributed.
4. Attendance and conduct
- Students are expected to attend classes on time and behave respectfully towards tutors and other students.
- Missed classes are not refunded. Where possible, the branch will help the student catch up with notes.
- TTC may suspend a student whose conduct repeatedly disrupts a class.
5. Withdrawal and deposit
- To withdraw, give your branch one month’s written notice (WhatsApp is acceptable).
- The RM50 deposit may be offset against the final month’s fee only. If notice is not given, or if there are outstanding fees, the deposit is retained.
- The deposit cannot be transferred to another student.
6. Changes to classes
TTC may change tutors, timetables, class formats (physical or online) or venues where necessary. We will inform parents as early as possible. If a class is cancelled by TTC, a replacement class or notes will be arranged.
7. Liability
TTC takes reasonable care of students while on our premises but is not liable for loss of personal belongings or for incidents outside our premises or class hours. Results depend on the student’s own effort and TTC does not guarantee any particular grade.
