Refund Policy

What is and is not refundable, in plain language.

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This page summarises how refunds work at TTC Education. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Tuition fees

  • Fees are charged per subject according to the TTC calendar (four weeks per month, four classes per subject).
  • Fees are payable in full by the 15th of each month.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for classes missed by the student.
  • Additional classes, extra notes and seminars are charged separately and are also non-refundable once delivered.

Deposit

  • The one-time RM50 deposit is refundable by being offset against the final month’s fee only, provided one month’s notice of withdrawal has been given.
  • If notice is not given, the deposit is forfeited and retained by TTC.
  • The deposit cannot be transferred to another student.

Registration fee

The one-time RM20 registration fee is not refundable.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you pay twice or pay the wrong branch by mistake, contact your branch on WhatsApp with the payment receipt within 7 days. We will credit the amount to the next month’s fee or arrange a refund of the duplicate amount.

Classes cancelled by TTC

If TTC cancels a class, we will arrange a replacement class or provide the notes for that lesson. Fees are not refunded in cash.
