TTC Education (Pusat Tuisyen Tutor Tutor Cemerlang, registration no. SA0104443-P) respects the privacy of the students and parents who use our website and services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we keep it safe, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

What we collect
- Enrolment details you give us when registering a student: the student’s name, school, form or standard, subjects, the parent or guardian’s name, phone number, email and delivery address for notes.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or social media, including the phone number or account you use.
- Payment records such as the branch, amount and date of fees paid. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by TTC.
- Website usage data such as pages visited, approximate location and device type, collected through cookies and analytics tools if you accept them.
How we use it
- To register students, schedule classes and deliver printed notes.
- To send timetables, fee reminders, results and event invitations such as the High Achiever Ceremony.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, courier and payment companies) and only to the extent needed.
Photographs and results
We may photograph students at TTC events and publish results or photographs on our website and social media to celebrate their achievements. If you do not wish your child’s name, results or image to be used, tell your branch in writing and we will respect your request.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies, if you accept them, help us understand which pages are useful. You can change your browser settings to block cookies at any time.
Keeping your data
We keep enrolment and payment records for as long as the student is with us and for the period required by Malaysian law afterwards. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and is only available to staff who need it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you or your child, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by emailing ttceducationweb@gmail.com. We will respond within 21 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update.
